Borrowed Time

$125.00

Nothing here is owned, not even our time.

I curve like the moon and spiral like a galaxy because time does not move forward alone; it turns, circles, moves forward and back, it is our memories, our hopes and our dreams. When it is over, time quietly slips away.

At my center, clockwork turns without emotion, counting the moments of our life.

The owl above me does not blink. He watches while you sleep, guarding what remains.

I am Borrowed Time.

Do not waste what you have been given.

Peaceful Guardian

Borrowed Time is a symbolic fiber dreamcatcher exploring impermanence, awareness, and the sacred urgency of being alive. A moon-shaped opening curves around a galaxy-like spiral, reflecting the cyclical nature of existence. At the center sits exposed clockwork. It is raw, mechanical, and honest. Time is finite and unstoppable.

Bone-carved skull beads travel along the macramé hemp hanger and tassel, honoring ancestors, memory, and mortality. An owl watches from above, embodying wisdom, vigilance, and protection through the night. This piece does not mourn death. It reminds us to pay attention to life.
