This original wool art pin is part of my ongoing broken-heart series, where emotional landscapes are built layer by layer through fiber. The outer heart is richly textured in saturated pinks and golden yellows, crossed with flowing cracks that move organically across the surface. Embedded within it there is a partially hidden, smaller, dark purple broken heart.

This piece speaks to the way grief, memory, and lived experience are often carried beneath brighter exteriors. The cracks do not weaken the form; they define it. Designed as wearable art, this pin transforms the body into a gallery. It allows the story to move with you.
