This hat was an experiment in restraint and material exploration. Rather than drawing imagery into the surface, I focused on blending color and fiber directly during the carding process. Predominantly pink, the hat reveals subtle purples, greens, blues, and yellows that emerge organically as the light moves across the felt.
Made primarily from hand-dyed sheep’s wool, with added mohair, angora, anlpaca and silk, this piece has a soft halo and gentle depth. Its simplicity allows the materials themselves to speak.

Wear & Shaping Recommendation
For the best fit, lightly wet the hat on a warm day and shape it directly on your head. Wear it outside while it dries—sun and movement will help the wool mold perfectly to you. This is how wool finishes its work.
